What is DocFlair?

Data extraction from structured documents

Many public institutions, private institutions, non-governmental and banking organisations are facing a high volume of structured or semi-structured documents that need permanent processing.

Data extraction involves a lot of time and human resources.

Doc Flair was created to answer this problem. It is a program (SaaS platform) that significantly facilitates the process of data extraction from documents and especially handwriting extraction.

How does the

DocFlair process function?

After defining the fields containing important information (ex. Name, address, telephone number), the program displays it to the operators, thus increasing the processing speed by up to five times. This was confirmed by the independent testing performed by experienced data entry operators. DocFlair also reduces the time for data entry by using the function in charge of the extraction of check marks from the fields with single or multiple options.

CHECKING THE CORRECTNESS

When the same information is introduced by two or more operators and Doc Flair wants to reduce the risk of errors, it will check and signal all the differences that might show up. Thus, you can be assured of the correctness of the data.
